Key Visuals for Cathay Kids Academy

Behind every polished photograph, stands a group of hard working production crew. Grateful to work with these joyful and experienced lighting masters who were able to create fantastic lighting in 3 different locations within a short time frame. I always admire their calm attitude and quick thinking under high stress environment, all this allowed us (Daniel Cheong- Art director and I) to focus on:

1️⃣ Direction- Using short and easy language for the high energy kids with short attention span. IE: Look at the apple juice and RUN 😂 very effective
2️⃣Kids' attention - Figure a way to catch kids' attention by redirect the parents to stand behind the camera
3️⃣ Live camera capture with a review station- Ensure easy visual communication with stakeholders, make sure everyone sees the "final result" before we move on to the next location

The last behind the scene photo perfectly illustrates how busy it can be in a moment. Lighting being adjusted, talents getting ready, photographer making sure lighting is right and composition is good before we go:
